Eric Swanson is the most helpful loan originator I have delt with. I received my original home loan a year ago and he got every duck in a row in order to get me approved for my first house. Now, I am working with him again to refi my house and take out a little bit of equity. He had everything taken care of in less than 5 days and knew exactly what I needed to do in order to get approved for my refi. The best mortgage company to deal with. Everyone was very professional , responsive, and moved the refinance through quickly. Lund Mortgage who did my original loan messed around 7 months wouldn’t return calls as promised or communicate progress with me, nothing but empty promises, finally fed up I called Envoy and in a month refinance was done!
