Remy is truly a pleasure to work with. We chose to work with Remy on the purchase of our first home after meeting her at an open house we visited while just starting out our home search. We chatted with her for a bit and she made quite an impression on us. We appreciated Remy's knowledge of the East Bay, her practical no-nonsense personality, and her experience working with a range of clients and budgets. So when we were ready to seriously start looking for a home, we reached out to Remy and she was happy to help! As first-time home buyers, we needed someone we could count on for guidance. She helped us understand the trade offs/benefits of certain types of homes/neighborhoods and was very patient through all of our many questions. She was respectful of our budget and never pressured us to make an offer that was past our comfort level. My boyfriend and I were looking to purchase our FIRST home and we were so excited to finally take that huge step. We shopped around on Zillow, Redfin and Realtor.com. We were connected with multiple agents, scheduled so many calls and virtual meetings, until we finally decided to work with Remy because she actually communicated with us and was very persistent. When I sent her links to see homes, she scheduled tours almost immediately. We made an offer on our first home we absolutely loved, but didn't get it. I'll have to admit, I was pretty bummed but Remy was so confident we would find our first home. So, the following weekend we saw more homes. When we toured one of the homes, I knew it would receive multiple offers and go over our budget. Remy reached out to us a couple of days later to see if we wanted to make an offer, and so we did. I honestly didn't think anything of it, but when Remy negotiated a few things with the listing agent/seller and us our offer was accepted! I just could not believe it and I KNOW my family and I finally found our home because of her and only after TWO offers! It is a seller's market and homes are going way above asking with no contingencies, but Remy did all that she can to make sure our offer was accepted. I highly recommend working with Remy, she WILL find a home for you like she did for us. 😉
