The folks working here are always professional, kind, and helpful. One told me he was about to leave for lunch when I asked for help, and he decided as soon as I told him what I needed--to change my password for online banking since I got a new phone recently--that he'd get lunch afterwards. With all the bank branches closing, I worried this location would close, too, and I rely on it to pay my rent with cashiers checks (only $5 each)--the employees assured me their location won't be closing, so if you're in the area, sign up for an account there!

Employees always polite and friendly. If there is an issue with your account they fix it right away. Their money market gives the best interest rate by far than any other banking institution. Getting to the teller is always quick. I've never stood in line longer than a minute or two on their busy days. ATM is located both inside and outside the credit union and they have a guard at the front door to welcome you in. Plenty of parking. They offer other services also if you are interested in making your savings grow. Well worth checking them out.

Just opened an account and had a great experience. Started from the moment I walked in the door. Joseph greeted me and helped me get situated. He also greeted everyone else who walked in during my time there. He seemed to know most by first name.

DeMarco was the one who helped me out. He was very helpful and got my account set up. He was able to answer all of my questions and got me all set up fairly quick.

I absolutely love this Patelco branch. They were so helpful and attentive with assisting me in securing a car loan. They even followed up with me while I was completing the transaction at the dealership. I recommend this branch to anyone who is in need of their services. The outside of this particular Patelco is always full of trash and debrie especially on the side of the credit union and on the weekends. The property owner needs to get rid of the unhoused and the shopping carts and the blankets and cars that park there but the people live across the street in the apts. You don't feel safe using the atm. The back of the building is also filled with trash and is very dirty! DO BETTER PROPERTY MANAGER!!

I purchased my Toyota Corolla Sport about a year ago. I recently went into the Hayward Patelco Credit Union regarding refinancing for my car. As this was my first time ever refinancing anything, Tia ( The Banker ) was extremely professional and helpful. She was very knowledgable, and had understood my current situation with my interested being so high. She helped me lower my car payment and interest rate to something that is manageable. My over all experience was EXCELLENT thanks to her. She literally gave me everything I had ask for. After banking with WellsFargo for 6 years I am having second thoughts now. Fantastic work and extremely satisfied!
