This is the best insurance agency I have ever been with. They have helped me through the years with so many changes and are always professional and friendly. It matters to me to be able to talk to someone directly and they are always responsive. I would be willing to pay even more for their great service but they always keep the cost low and competitive. Highly recommend everyone there! Gary has helped me the most recently and I am so appreciative and impressed with his efforts.

Will have my insurance transferred as quickly as possible. Angie is rude and condescending, instead of taking the time to properly explain the answer to my questions. She just told me the computer does the math. This was after she forgot to properly update my policy. When I asked to speak to her boss, she told me she is the boss. If so then why is it the John Greene agency with a picture of a man?

Angie was very rude on the phone and refused to answer basic questions about pricing, and was incredibly condescending. She refused to forward us to her boss. She lost the company a sale, if John green allows an employee to behave like this in his company than it certainly shows alot about his true character

After nearly twenty years of paying commercial premiums (to the tune of nearly a quarter of a million dollars), and they refuse a small claim on a technicality. American Family Insurance, and the John Greene Insurance Company, have no sense of decency, no sense of honor, and no sense of fairly dealing with their customers. I will never again do business with American Family Insurance, and neither should anyone else.
