These guys took my vacant rental home and got it listed and rented in 5 days. Then they cleaned it, and had the lawn mowed, and let me take it out of my 1st month rent. These guys answer every email, and have been nothing short of a pleasure to deal with. I dealt with Christian mostly. Highly recommend! 5 stars!

I was told you had to have a certain credit score and 3x the rent. We had well over both and both got denied bc they say it’s not enough credit history 🤷🏽‍♀️$90 down the drain.

I’ve rented with the Rent Experts for a year. It seems to have been a change with the management’s scope and the service has improved during this short time. As with any management company, you may have to follow-up if you haven’t received a response in your idea timeframe; their communication portal is a plus that I liked using. They will text you about your work orders and you can keep up with the progress. They aimed to address our concerns timely and with favorable results.

Definitely would not recommend this place. The agents are rude, they are hard to get ahold of. The “manager” is more than rude. They will not fix anything that you put in a request for. and charge you any extra fees that they can get away with

The Rent Experts took over from my old property management company managed my 12 unit apartment complex in Mobile for about a year. I’m an out of state investor. They are full service and did a great job with leasing and property management. They helped me to update some units and helped through the recent sale of the property. They did a great job and I highly recommend. Special thanks to Christian Williams, their lead Property Manager, and also thanks to all the others at The Rent Experts.

I live in a 1940's house in Mobile area and I pay 1050$ a month and the house is falling apart with zero attention. They have contractors with poor skills and they also drink on the job as they left the beer cans in my yard debris. This people constantly harras us with charging hundreds of dollars for repairs they haven't done in years. This is a second year here when we rented first it was 790$ and since they don't want to do true repairs, they rather raise the rent to kick us out. This is by far the worst company case I've heard.
