I love living at The Atrium, and much of that is thanks to the staff. The maintenance is top notch and Jake is always so quick and willing to respond. He is kind, knowledgeable and efficient. His presence makes me feel safe and well cared for. The property is truly fortunate to have him—he’s a valuable asset. I’m very thankful to call this place home.

He was incredibly helpful, competent, and social, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. His presence brought a sense of security and made the area feel welcoming and pleasant. The staff and maintenance at the Atrium are absolutely professional, communicative, time efficient and caring to their residents. They are always informative and energized. They make the grounds and housing experience feel safe, warming and friendly. Highly recommended to anyone to invest in the living environment here. The maintenance is always professional, courteous and timely! Never a need to repeat a work order as the first repair is done thoroughly and presented to the resident what, how and why on the service provided. They respect your space and always extend their services when needed.

We had the pleasure of living at this complex from December 2021 to December 2024, and it was truly a 5-star experience! The maintenance team, led by Jake, was exceptional—always thorough, efficient, and dependable. Jake’s friendly demeanor and dedication made us feel safe and well taken care of. On the administrative side, Leslie was a true professional. She handled everything with such ease and efficiency, creating a sense of trust that ensured all our concerns were addressed promptly. Her communication was always clear and reassuring, making the whole process of living here smooth and stress-free.

The amenities were fantastic, especially the pool, which quickly became a favorite spot for relaxation. The community itself felt incredibly safe, with a welcoming atmosphere that made it a truly fantastic place to call home.

We can’t recommend this complex highly enough—thanks to Jake, Leslie, and the wonderful community for making our time here so memorable!

We have lived here for about a year and a half now. Last summer the community pool was down for most of the summer for maintenance. This summer it has been green and filled with algae. Algae growing on the walls, bottom of the pool and the steps. Also, the kiddie pool hasn’t been filled or fixed in the entire 18 months we have lived here. It’s really upsetting when you are paying about $2000/month in rent and the main amenity is constantly down or unkept. Tiles are falling off the sides and steps. The chairs are weathered and need replacing. The grill hasn’t worked in over a year and the deck and patio of this space desperately needs pressure washing. While I’m not one to typically complain, it’s seriously frustrating when the only amenity we use is constantly not up to par. Another resident notified the new property manager of the lack of pool maintenance two weeks ago and nothing has been done. It’s very upsetting. Before moving in, I would absolutely check out the amenities because there are several other communities with working amenities for less. I’ve attached photos of the algae growing on the tiles and how cloudy the water is as well. Very disappointing. And no word from management on when/if anything will be done about this.

I have lived here 8 months and had 2 Maintenance issues fixed within a day of reporting them. This community is quiet and I feel safe here. I have not had to chat with the office staff. These units are very spacious and comfortable. You get a garage and 2 parking spaces. I have 2 full size trucks and I am able to park them in the parking spaces without issue. If you are loiking for a very nice apartment in a safe and quiet community. Check the Atrium out. Chuck K
