We put in a cash offer at 14% below asking for a home with significant water drainage issues. The offer was just an initial offer that reflected the water drainage issues (along with a mildew smell in the lower floor of the home). As the selling agent, Chase had two professional ways in which to respond: with a counter offer or “the seller does not want to entertain the offer.” Chase chose a third option and countered with a 14% ABOVE asking price to make a point. Well, Chase, your point was received exactly how you intended it. Now I’m making it a point to allow others to see rather or not that’s the kind of “professional” they want representing them.

Chase was amazing start to finish! We first met Chase on our second trip to the Gulf Shores area and were just starting to consider purchasing a second home that would also be a rental. He stayed in touch with us regularly and continued sending listings and we continued sharing our wish list over the past year along with changes in our thoughts. He helped us navigate all aspects of the offer on a property and got us through the closing. He even found a friend of his that was good with woodworking and they got a bunkroom set up installed in one of the bedrooms. He has been readily available whenever needed even after hours and after closing. We didn’t get to spend much time with Dixie but if she is partnered with Chase, I am sure she is awesome as well. Chase was never pushy and really worked to satisfy our wants and needs and I really appreciated this style. Dixie has been absolutely amazing during my family’s journey of buying our first house! I would HIGHLY recommend Chase as your realtor! During the process of selling our house he went above and beyond to help us. He’s very professional, prompt to answer questions and will communicate back to you any needs. He works to hard to make his clients happy!
I can’t say enough about how much he helped us. By the way if you use Chase you better have somewhere to go because he sales them fast. He had a contract on ours in less than 8 hours day 1!

I highly recommend Chase Blackmon as a realtor to anyone! He helped sell my house within 3 days of being listed. Not only this, Chase took over and made my experience so great. He told me not to worry about anything he would take care of it all. I moved out, he had someone to clean my house, do all necessary repairs, paint, etc. When the pictures of my house were listed I couldn't believe how amazing my house looked!
