My family and I have been living in here, going on 4 years in September and the grounds was a complete mess and management didn't do much of anything as well as maintenance. I have noticed a HUGE difference now that Janice has taken over, she handles her business, she takes good care of the residents, the grounds are well kept, and she keeps the community involved. There have been food trucks and a pool party which was well put together and everyone enjoyed themselves. My family and I are now looking forward to being here knowing that we now have a manager who care about our needs. I pray she is here to stay for the long run.....Thanks Janice for all of your hard work and dedication.

Janice is a CLASS ACT.
She has gone above and beyond and taken care of me and my family since she came to Arbor Gates and treated us as her own!

Some units need work, they're not luxury apartments, but they are nice for the price.

It's in a super convenient location, the neighbors are mostly all nice, and not problematic.

The grounds are well maintained and manicured, and SUPER pet friendly however alot of pet owners don't pick up after their pets.

Overall, I would recommend, if you're looking for a budget friendly apartment, in a centralized location with an on-site staff that is amazing!

I have recently moved into Arbor Gates apartments. It's not the same administration that I applied with but it's a new team and they have been very helpful. I had some issues with the apartment that I moved into,Ms. Janice and her staff have been very quick and helpful. They were very quick at addressing my issues and making sure I am happy. As I was pulling into the property I noticed the landscaping was done and it looked bright and pretty. As I drove to the back of the property I could see how much work had been done and how great the property looks. She is very prompt in issuing emails to the property when something is not right instead of repremanding one person. When I came to see the model it felt like home and I was surprised at how big my apartment is. This is definitely home to me. I know she has plans in the future for parties, bonfires and get togethers so it will feel like a family atmosphere. Janice and her staff are quick at resolving issues. So if you're looking for a home atmosphere come to Arbor Gates.

I’ve been living at this community for about a year and a half now. Moved over from Florida and it has been one of the best living experiences I’ve had. The property is very beautiful inside and out. New Management had taken over and they are doing everything in their power to make sure the community is really coming together. Newly painted exteriors are amazing. Everyone in the office has always been very friendly and helpful with whatever is needed. If you have a maintenance issue you can almost assure that it will be taken care of right away on the same day. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice and safe place to move.

I truly believe this is the worst managed apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Our dryer hardly worked for the first several months of living there, so we paid to have someone come diagnose our issue. After finding out that our dryer is fine and the issue had to be on the apartments side, it took the maintenance crew several visits to finally give up. A 3rd party came out and informed us that the ducts were not up to code and they removed a massive amount of lint that was blocking our air flow.

This complex has a “strict” no smoking indoors policy, but if you make a complaint about smelling smoke of any kind within your apartment they won’t do anything about it. They’ll say something along the lines of “well we can’t just barge into someone’s place and accuse them.” Sure, I get that. All they’ll do is place notes on everyone’s door stating the policy and assume that solves the issue.

We had a very squeaky living room fan, that we were informed upon moving in would be fixed, and it was never fixed even after making several maintenance requests.

It took us several weeks to get outlets changed out that were not working.

On top of that, there was a major mold issue. We never even bothered the complex with this one because by the time we learned of it, it was about time for us to leave anyway. Not our problem.

On top of all that, Kellen the “manager”, so her title says, was extremely rude and unprofessional towards me several times. I always came to her with respect, but I was not treated the same. Any time I had an issue with what was going on around me, I could tell that I was being viewed as a nuisance to her.

I don’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s outdated, their renovations are just coverups on buildings that are decades out of code, they don’t enforce policies, and management is incompetent and rude. You’re better off paying extra and finding somewhere else to live.

Moved in from Texas on Friday. Contacted Trista at the office, and she was great! Listened to my needs, provided quick answers to my questions, clearly explained what my costs will be, and showed me only options that fit my needs.

A 15 min tour, and I made my decision to move here. Trista pushed things through quickly for me as I wanted to take possession just 5 days after application. She effeciently directed where to get utilities hooked up, which was required prior to moving in. Result = moved in in 5 days as I requested!

Nice, quiet community with many amenities. A key for me was to have in unit washer and dryer - yep - that happened. Dog friendly too.

Definitely worth checking out if you're in the market.

***Update***
I have went back to Arbor Gates after the changes in ownership, management, and maintenance. Trista and Janice, the new management, are the best. I worked with Trista mostly. She is a wonderful, helpful, and very kind. The apartments look so much better and cleaner than when I first lived here. New upgrades are here. Washer and dryer included. They look great. I am giving the old place a new chance and hoping the time here is as good as first impressions.

I lived in Arbor gates for 1 year. At first it was great. Then because of who my boyfriend is the new management started nit picking. I had to move my small utility trailer cause they weren't allowed. But even today there are 2 trailers with boats in the back of the parking lot. My grandchildren were told they had to play in the front of the apartment that I lived in because the were too loud. And this particular day they were playing at the apt. My bathroom and trim was never painted. I shouldnt have to request for this to be done. It was part if the repairs for the mold. The maintenance supervisor told me I used to much energy when I asked for the AC and other things to be checked cause my bill was 400.00. My apt was empty 11 hours a day and we were all in bed by 10pm. I could keep going cause there is so much to say. The tenants however do make for a nice neighborhood.
