Yet again she came in and did what other management overlooked. If you want management that cares and maintenance that gets the job done you will find that here.

I’ve been at Teakwood Village for almost 7 years. A hard rain flooded every downstairs apt. I’ve been waiting for new carpet for 7 years. I have electrical issues. One of the property manager tried to fight residents when she is caught sleeping with their spouses. Maintenance crews never fix anything as my dishwasher has been out for one 3 year. Termites are eating through my back wall. My back door will not close due to foundation shifting among a host of other issues to include mold in the flooded apartments.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star! I love my apartment itself I just hate all the problems I have been having and instead of them fixing the problem they are putting bandages on them. Found the number to home office the lady I got in contact with was very concerned about my issues she was emailing me often to check in at 1st but once I saw my issues wasn’t getting resolved I then asked to be moved to another unit or let me out my lease she stop even answering my emails I have tried to move elsewhere but it’s really hard right now my baseboards was leaking water and it smelled last night I called the emergency line bc the water was coming out fast they called and hung up and didn’t return the call nor did they come to see the problem this is sad people work hard to pay for somewhere comfortable to call home and these people don’t even care

i will rate this stonelake lodge apartment ZERO.. but has to click one star here just really need to post this ....been complaining about marijuana smell once in awhile i think if they dont allow tenants to smoke inside their apartment quess it will help stop this. i have 2 kids we have a neighbor next to us and at the back of our apartment their sink is back to back ours and same as their bathrooms and when people smoke inside their apartment the smoke enters our apartment from the vent and our kitchen bottom closets dishwashers that we never used because its falling apart and both our bathroom bottom sink closet. If youn open both our clothes closet they all smells like cigarette smoke. the management here said that they cant tell tenants to go outside their apartments to smoke. we have to knock on the neighbors doors and ask them a favor not to smoke inside their aparmts..there is no way i will knock other people doors. management could send them letters for us non smokers tenants to request other tenants to smoke outside... be considerate to other tenants specially with small children that inhaling second hand smoke!!! specially at night . the management truly not care about the safety of the tenants here. and to add up break in to our cars happen this year already filled police report. the management here said if people smoke inside their apartment the fire alarm wont come off. how does she know? people that smoke inside their apartments remove their fire alarm so they can smoke all day..i know because just a little smoke touches our fire alarms it alarms right away its very sensitive. and we know that the neighbor behind us does it because one time the maintenance knock on our door because of the fire alarm that theyve been hearing i told them nobody smokes here its the neighbor behind us and they found out that the fire alarm was left and kept inside the drawer. we have 8 months away before our lease contract ends..so I guess me and my kids will get out of this apartment with lung problem!!!!!!

This whole Company is a rip off!!! I live in Lafayette, LA Still waiting on my refund from September its now February 5, 2019 in the Mon Chateau Apartments I no longer wanted due to the bad conditions, the nerve to even show people, I was fooled,very infested with roaches/spiders which I seen in every room I looked in, the tub was dirty, the toilet was dirty had hard water stains, No Closet Doors!!!!! Roaches in the Fridge, roaches in the Pantry, The pool looked like sewer water, the pool furniture dirty old looking, like it never been used for years. We as people work too hard to be living in filth ,Remember there is Karma, GOD sees everything, Nobody deserves to be living in those type of conditions. I've never seen a company that changes Management so many times a year!!!

Terrible company, brother-in-law had a contract to paint there and they made the apartments he painted showcase to attract new renters. Then they sold the building and never paid what was owed and put my family in a financial crisis. They lie and find ways to scam you!

MMI has been in charge 10 months here.... still have leaking roofs all over, flooding bring your kayak.....mold growing on houses. Repair staff a joke.......they are painting homes not fixing them. IF YOU LIKE A DUMP COME HERE.........CHECK IT OUT EMPLOYEES REVIEWING THE COMPANY WHO CARES WHAT YOU THINK! MMI GOT AN F FROM THE BBB.

THIEVES!!! This company does not pay their vendors or honor any agreement they enter into. Come to find out the property owner never knew they weren't paying the bills, just taking bonuses for themselves! Pretty sure they are getting sued!
