Stayed at 102 Church St and it was the perfect house for a big family. This and all the Book Montrose houses are in the downtown area of Fairhope. Our kids rode their scooters everywhere, we didn’t have to use our car our whole stay. The pool was the perfect amenity to burn some energy before heading to dinner. Cameron, Beth and everyone at the management company were very responsive and incredibly helpful. Will definitely stay here again next time we need a quick weekend getaway!

Wonderful properties. Most are centrally located and walking distance from downtown. The management team is incredibly responsive (thanks Beth and Cameron!). My sister got married in town and used 109 N Church for the bridal party and groomsmen stayed at 106 and 108. Could not have been better!

109 N Church is a wonderful property. Book Montrose is fantastic as well - they handle almost all of check-out whereas other managers have you complete a long list of items you thought you were paying for. I'd rent here again.
