We unfortunately Did not get to use this company for our mortgage as we were kinda further in the buying process when I found them but i Sure wish we could have used to them- Neil was so Nice, Friendly, and sent me a Loan estimate super fast. When we Refinance, we ARE using them! I Hate the company we did go with so don't make the same mistake going w/ a company your Real estate agent recommends- go with GMFS!

If you live locally GMFS is the best place to get your house finance. All their employees are very professional. Buying our second home had been a good and smooth experience through Neil Woodbury's help and his team. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. When I told them "I need this house close in 1 month".
