They are nice people, but they will rent vacation garbage just the same. Pictures and videos are from Paradise Palms #74 beach rental. The rental also lacks window treatments, outdoor furniture, has broken and uncomfortable furniture, lacks adequate exits in case of emergencies, and is very very unstable as the walls cracked during a storm while there. If you like the feel of sleeping on a ship consider this rental. If you don't mind picking up garbage, nails, boards, plastic, pieces of siding,etc you'll enjoy the view 20 feet from the water in this overpriced lipsticked trap.

Perfect! This is a beautiful, perfectly equipped home! We could sit on the deck and watch the kids on the beach. After sunset, there were small crabs scuttling along digging holes by the water. We have 3 grown sons and 2 grandkids ages 7 & 8. The setup was exactly what we needed. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Salty Kisses. Definitely recommended!

Management was excellent, accommodating, easy to reach. The condo I stayed in was right on the beach. Access to 2 pools. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Will definitely return.

Reservation Agent "Sarah" very rude on telephone after I had stated the receipt dollar amount was not correct. Sarah stated, " Your confused, if you would like to cancel the reservation I would be happy to do that"

2024 Rented 6D Sandcastle and had an amazing stay. Staff was wonderful will be booking with them again.

2025 ACP made sure to get our grand daughters Christmas Elf in our rental as a surprise. Always going above and beyond.

We’ve been going to Dauphin Island for many, many years, tho we’ve never used ACP as an agency, and never will again. All the homes we’ve ever stayed in have items you can borrow. Anything from chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. When we leave a property we will often leave our items behind for the next renters to use, and it’s always appreciated. This year we left a small inflatable pool behind thinking the next guests would love it. We drained the water & thoroughly cleaned it out. We were charged $200 by ACP for “leaving trash”. How sad is that? We thought we were making a kind gesture. We weren’t being lazy. We left the home in immaculate shape. Furthermore, did it cost ACP $200 to take the pool to the garbage can, should they not want it there for the next family? There are so many agencies to use. Don’t use this one.
