The agent I spoke to said they can't offer a homeowners policy or quote without an Auto policy as well. That seemed ridiculous so I called another Allstate agent who confirmed that is not a thing and gave me a quote. Seems like the agents here may need training.

Lynn Norris -Allstate Business is Very Helpful her staff is always very courteous and ready available to help in any situation and always trying to save the customer money. Our home burned 3 years ago and with Lynn and Allstate we were very well taken care of!!! We are very thankful for them all !!! No question is a dumb question if you want to make sure you are insured property ask any questions you can think of they will help you. Thank you for always being there for us!!!!

This has turned out to be the best insurance company I've ever had. I called for a quick quote because my insurance company didn't cover my scooter, and ended up switching all of my policy to them. Great value, great customer service, and always willing to work with me if I don't have the money the day it's due!

Due to covid all Allstate offices are not seeing face to face customers. I was allowed in and was shown a less expensive option. They were great people. They gave phone # of their tech support for my problem. I am going to request them as my local agent. Extremely pleased with this agency.

This company canceled my hunsbands insurance for no reason. And didn't tell us instead we get a collection bill and when my husband and I look into it thats how we find out it was from AllState. We call and find out they canceled saying they couldn't get our coverage reinstated even though they messed up! We had our payments set on autopsy. And our collection bill was only $49. And they won't reinstated it. This company is a joke and I'll never use Allstate again. Of you don't want to get a surprise cancelation don't use this company especially this location.
