The absolute worst experience ever dealing with an insurance company. This company renewed a Renter’s Insurance Policy on my deceased spouse who I had already cancelled. Explained to them he didn’t have an Estate and they still sent the refund in his name and the checks are “useless “ to me. I would not recommend. Sign up at your own risk. This company never intended on doing the right thing for the customer.

I found it hard to get agents on the pune. When I canceled my policy. The billing department claimed they couldn't deposit funds back into my account. The same account they drafted out of for a year. So they mailed me a check an put my son's name on it so I couldn't cash it. My son is out of state

Liberty Mutual is a scam business and I am paying out of $5000 dollars for my home owners insurance and can't get anyone to return my phone call about my policy or the money they owe me from the a claim in 2020! 5k for home owners insurance is robbery!!! I have called corporate office and local offices multiple times and can't get anyone to return calls. I am getting a lawyer now and will fight this battle legally!!
