My car insurance has been with State Farm since I began driving more than three decades ago. I have made few claims on my insurance and my driving record is good. For no reason that was explained to me, State Farm non-renewed a policy my wife and I made on a new vehicle. When we contacted Karla Boles office, we were told this was likely a mistake and that we would be fine. Today I learned that was not the case and I was never notified. My policy just ended without explanation. It's sad to so quickly sour on a relationship I've had with a company for so long, but I quickly moved on to another insurer. (Not State Farm)
