When choosing an insurance agency and agent some people only think about the cost per month not what they are getting. My family has been with Tom Barnard an agent for State Farm for close to 15 years and have always received excellent service from them. This year we have had to make homeowners claims due to storm damage. They made this process simple and took care of us promptly. Then a little over a week ago someone rear ended me and they immediately jumped in to take care of me and my needs. The other insurance company has been hard to deal with but Tom and his team are taking care of everything for me. The other company even told me that no insurance company will get a rental car the day of an accident. I told him that my insurance agent had me in a car in less than 4 hours. That's service and the way you want to be treated when an accident happens. I should be able to get my vehicle back in about 2 weeks thanks to Tom Barnard staff and State Farm being so awesome. Meanwhile we are still waiting for the other company to begin working. So I will conclude with my favorite saying "you get what you pay for." This is the best company and agent to take care of all of your insurance needs.

Tom is so pleasant and knowledgeable about the insurance he sells - just as he should be, but I have found some agents not!! Staff is truly Friendly & Competent. They Always do what they say they're going to do, which is refreshing in this business in particular. Believe him to be an Excellent State Farm Insurance Agent!! Have had him as my agent for about two decades now. He's very liked throughout the community also.

I had the pleasure of being a customer of Mr. Barnard for a very short period of time. His staff contacted me immediately after my policy was transferred over. Very pleasant staff and they actually welcomed me to the agency. They were also very professional. I would recommend this organization to anyone looking for insurance.

The reason I signed up with Statefarm is because not only are the rates lower than most, Tom Barnard was the first to show up at a friends house that caught fire. It was like 3 in the morning and he was already making accomedations for them a place to stay. He is friendly and his staff is extremely helpful too.

Everyone here is very knowledgeable about their products and policies. Everyone is always super pleasant and eager to help. Even brought to my attention a name change error that Trey People's office had made and got it all fixed for me. Wonderful people, wonderful business.
