I was referred to this office by some friends who've had insurance coverage with Jan's office for many years. They shared that they have been exceptionally pleased with Jan, her team, and how they do business! They go out of their way to take care of their customers.
My wife and I now understand why our friends spoke so highly of this insurance office and their team members. Our dealings with them have been very pleasant and very professional. They have been extremely responsive and they do what they say they are going to do! Their level of customer service far surpasses many of their competitors and that is what we expect as new customers. We have not been disappointed and have thoroughly enjoyed working with Timberly, Haley and other members of their team. I had coverage through USAA for over ten years, but was in the market for a change. My daughter recommended Jan with State Farm. I knew of her through my nephew (Demetrius), and he always had good things to say about her, so I decided to give State Farm a try. It was much easier than I ever imagined. I had a wonderful experience today speaking with Timberly. She made me feel welcome and had me laughing the whole time; I really needed that today. I have been with Jan for many years now and I would never consider any other insurance company for my home and auto insurance. Throughout the years State farm has been competitive in keeping premiums at attractive costs with coverage that is exceptional and not a bare bones policy.
The team is customer oriented with focus on customer service and satisfaction. Your not just a number your a person that is addressed as a friend.
I would recommend Jan Carpenter to anyone looking for excellent coverage and prices that stay consistent with no drastic and worrisome increases to jumble your budget.

Ms Diana Ontiveros was very professional and fast with this process. She made sure she listened to all of my needs and found the best policy for me and my family.
