I jumped through a the hoops took and sent the pictures and all the other info Elliot asked for. A week later after not hearing any thing. I called Elliot he appoliges and says he will get me equates right away but asked if I would accept insurance from other brands beacause Nationwide was not very good anymore. I said Ok another week I get crickets.

I visited this particular agent/broker a week ago. After taking my data down and having a conversation about my desire for new car insurance he said he would call me the next day and inform me of my options. I waited for 7 days and never received a call back. I made it a point to visit him on the seventh day and when confronted about the absence of a call back he stumbled over his words and made various excuses about why he hadn't communicated with me including stating not finding better options for me (among others). None of his excuses were acceptable and I finally left his office telling him I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with his lack of service. If no options were available a call back telling me so would've sufficed. I didn't even get this courtesy. I guess I didn't meet his qualifications for a client.
