Tyler and Kristen were both amazing! I was in a pinch and needed help late at night and they both worked after hours to help me. Kristen went over everything with me to make sure I had exactly what I needed for my homeowners policy! I would definitely recommend them!! Great people to work with!

Same issue as Katrena Miles. Tried canceling for weeks. Drive 2 hours one way and specifically stated I wanted to cancel in the office, then without my consent, I was charged for the next month. Asked about the cancellation and the money I paid out few days later and was told that I wanted to continue service. Never said I wanted to continue cause I swapped to State Farm that morning and went to cancel with Deerfoot that afternoon. Was told they’re obligated to send me paperwork for cancellation if I say cancel. No email, post mail or in person cancellation form was given. Originally stood at the front desk and said cancel all and get me outta here cause I swapped to another agency. Progressive was cheaper than State Farm but dealing with the front desk was a hassle. In the end I was in the wrong 🤨 I still don’t understand but it’s over

This company is not trustworthy when it comes to canceling a policy. The agent in the office Are not familiar with what happens when you cancel a policy. They tell you one thing and then do another. For example when your policy cancels it really doesn’t they continue to take money out of your account putting you in the red. I called to complain and they promised there would be no more money coming out of my account as of this morning there’s more money being withdrawn from my account. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I will be warning everyone not to do business with Deerfoot insurance agency or Travelers insurance.
