Courtney came out again and was amazing! He is always so nice and professional! He made sure he went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I was happy with his work and that we were well taken care of! Any problem or concern my husband and I would have, he’d make sure to take care of it with no complaint or problem! 5 stars again!!

Courtney, the rep who visited my home, was outstanding. I really appreciate his attention to detail and his willingness to let me ask whatever questions I needed to ask. His demeanor was like a friend instead of a service tech. Of course, it helps that I treat people that way myself, but I have been nice to some people before and that didn’t always change the way that they acted toward me. But with him, he was very easy to get along with. And I never met the other tech, Karl, but through text communication he was also extremely helpful and thorough. Good job, MainStreet! ?

I very rarely write reviews, but this one is warranted. Renting with this company has been okay until recently. There was a maintenance request submitted 2 weeks ago on 05/07/2024 due to our AC not cooling. As of today, there has been no one who has reached out to set up an appointment or even address the issue. I have contacted someone each business day since last Tuesday (05/14/2024). Each time I am told that the request has been sent to the dispatch and support teams and someone will reach out. It’s interesting how the technician, Courtney Owens, was removed off the request and after speaking with him, there has yet to be another maintenance person reach out. Humid, 80+ degree weather in Alabama with no AC is not comfortable at all. If my end of the deal were not upheld by paying rent on time, I would be hounded relentlessly. Why isn’t the same energy placed into taking care of your resident’s request?

Ivan at Main Street Renewal was awesome!! He is a prime example for exemplifying the company’s vision in making sure the residents are satisfied with great quality work. My AC went out, and my request went in at the beginning of the week. With the weekend approaching, he made sure it was working.
He is very respectful and knowledgeable about his job!!

Karl was a great responsive tech today. He communicated that he was on his way and was very processional upon arrival. I work from home so Karl was quick to not disturb and got the job done. He had me check to make sure it was to my liking and it was indeed. I really appreciate Main Street’s technicians. They are the best.
