On a Friday afternoon nearing close of business, I reached out to the Alabama Department of Insurance with low expectations of receiving a prompt response. However, I was pleasantly surprised when Jennifer, a representative from the department, promptly returned my call that same day. Her attentiveness was remarkable as she patiently listened to my concerns and assured me that she would do everything in her power to help. With remarkable expertise, Jennifer outlined the precise steps I needed to take and personally handled my complaint. Not only was her professionalism top-notch, but the outcome exceeded my expectations. I am incredibly grateful for Jennifer's exceptional service.

Good afternoon!

This is my big concern, few minutes ago 8/11/2023, I spoke with the lady in policy service about my Non-resident license, she was not patient with me and rude at the same time. I thought doing business with Alabama state would be great but the workers there are not doing what they’re supposed to do.

How can you train your people to become quality?
How can you train to improve your customer experience?
How can you train to treat people equally?
How can you train be patient with customers?

I’m not mad, but that’s the feedback for today.

Thanks
God bless.

I done talked to mutual saving life insurance company constantly about my brother policy and they keep relaying me back to the company. I done spoken to this company and with no results and this is why I reached out to them. When a company has done your terrible service it's just hard to get help as if you have to take what the company says and that's how it goes and that's wrong.

The consumer division never answers the phone or call you back like it says on their voicemail. I’ve been calling for 3 months and never get a call back. I ended up having to ask the producer division.
