A word of advice DO NOT go to these people for anything. I rented a house for 8 years and couldn't get them to fix anything. I lived in a delapedated house full of rats. When I asked for repairs or something simple like a new mailbox they ignored me and pretty much wouldn't answer any calls.if you deal with this company they will raise your rent then tell you that your responsible for all the things that they let get depledated.
