I called the Tim White State Farm Agency in Theodore AL to get a quote for our automobile coverage and our homeowners. Our current carriers premiums had gone out the roof. I called Tim's agency because we live in Theodore and preferred a local agent if possible. Morgan Cook was the Sales Representative that took all my information and for the most part gave me the quotes on the spot. I was shocked at how much lower the premiums were for both policies. Needless to say, we made the switch to State Farm. Morgan took care of everything for me including calling my mortgage company escrow department letting them know we had new insurance and she was sending over the declaration page. I had planned on taking care of that but she took care of all of that for me before they paid the old companies renewal policy premium. I can't say enough about the service we have received from Morgan during this entire process. She has kept me up to date on everything every step of the way. I would highly recommend this agency for all your insurance needs and definitely ask for Morgan Cook. She is by far the most impressive agent I have every worked with. 10 stars from me!

I have been with State Farm for several years. Over the past few years, I have had many changes (buying/selling vehicles) with my policy and every time Jennifer Clark has answered the call, she handles the task promptly and professionally.

My husband and I started our insurance hunt by working with an agent named Katelyn Wilson. She was prompt to get us quotes and answer questions until she wasn’t. She quit answering our emails after we got all the quote and deductible information. When we called the office regarding this we were put in contact with a Jennifer Clark. Her quotes were significantly different from Katelyn’s, much higher and we suddenly didn’t qualify for certain discounts with Jennifer but we did qualify for them with Katelyn. When we requested a phone call she wouldn’t call us, she was insistent on email. All around not a great experience. I would hate to have to make a claim with this type of customer service… thankfully we found a better suited insurance company for our needs.
