I cannot say better things about Lisa and Tiffany. They've helped me assisting my boss with his commercial and residential rental needs for the last few years and have always gone above and beyond.
For one renewal, Lisa worked after hours and while on vacation to be sure the insurance was bound before the weekend on a newly purchased property.
Their communication and friendliness is truly what sets them apart from the rest!

I called AlaCoast on Tues., 9/28/21 around 9 AM for business insurance. I spoke to someone that was going to send me an email in order for me to reply with the specifications that I needed to sell trademarked college apparel. I found an email on their website and sent a note at 10:49 AM. We emailed back and forth until I requested a call on the morning of 9/29/2021. After finishing paperwork, I was told that it shouldn’t take too long. It is now the night of Thursday, Oct 7 and they still couldn’t provide me business insurance. My response after each email was that it was still waiting approval from underwriting.
