Catalina has been more helpful than you know! In August 2024, I had a water leak in my kitchen. I just now (February 2025) got my kitchen back. There were a lot of issues with the adjuster with getting the repairs approved, and Catalina jumped right on in to help get them resolved. We were also having to eat out every single meal because I had no kitchen. And the adjuster was also giving me a hard time about not getting reimbursed for the thousands I spent feeding my family. But again, Catalina did not hesitate to help get me answers. She was also so very patient with me while I vented and cried over our situation. But she was patient and understanding. We would not have gotten answers when we did had it not been for her. And for that, I am extremely grateful. Thank you for your wonderful professionalism, customer service, and just overall caring attitude towards your customers. It truly made a difference.

Bethany has always been super helpful, honest and transparent. I’m not super good with all the rules and tricks of the trade of insurance. Especially since it varies. She usually explains it in a way that’s helpful and easy to digest. She’s also been super personable and supportive of other aspects of my life. Which makes it easier to talk to her and relate to her on a personal level. I don’t feel judged or like I’m speaking to a robot. Which means a lot to me.
