I have been looking at changing insurance companies this year. I went on the GEICO website, but found no agents in Mississippi.
I received a call from Chanavia the next day from GEICO Mobile AL. She was extremely helpful with my quote, making sure of my coverages, and following up and answering all my questions. If the service from this agency compares to the customer service she gave me, I am CERTAIN I made the right choice!!!!

Beware of this company. I signed up on last month for 269. I received a bill not even two weeks later for over 500. I called in to speak with someone or the young lady . They transfer me to the auto response and have not picked up since. I was paying less with State Farm . She lied and said I was paying this first amount. My money spends everywhere. Do not deal with this company. I will file a complaint with the BBB and also GEICO. Go to another company…. I explain my issue not be setup again. Don’t waist your time…. If you would have just answered the call and not played game you would not have this review

I've been with geico for 7/8 yrs never had any issues until now. I added my (*then )16 yr old (*licensed)daughter to my policy when I got her 1st car. Almost a year later I get text saying my bill (which was $360/mo for full coverage on my car and liability on my daughter and her car) saying that my bill was now $697. I was like ummm no that's not right I call and they say they just realized my daughter had a driver's license, and the extra $330 is for her. Ummm....huh? No...I added her as a licensed driver? They wouldn't justify me paying over $500/mo for my daughter or why I was never notified of this or anything. They weren't coming off that price. So I said ok fine I'll get her insured else where, give me a quote for the full coverage on my car Dee quoted me $180. I said great let me see what I can find for my daughter somewhere else that sounds good to me. I find a better deal for my daughter and when I call to remove her and take the $180 per mo on my car they couldn't find my quote. Removed my daughter and her car but my insurance payment went down by $30. It's more than what I was paying before I even added her to my policy. No one can give me a straight answer as to why I got quoted $180 and my bill is still higher than it should be without a young driver on my policy. A supervisor has refused to speak with me until April 22nd. Which I've been dealing w this for 2 weeks now. Which the 22nd is conveniently the last day I can drop anything before being charged.
Geico ain't saving you anything they are incompetent rude and unrealistic. Extremely bad business I'd give 0 stars if I could. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
Someone should take that lizard back to petsmart.

Dana the supervisor in customer service was extremely rude. She cut me off constantly even though I was asking a simple question. She was being smart and talking to me like I was stupid. I’ve been a 6 year Geico Customer and I’m seriously considering switching. Price increases and TERRIBLE customer service.
