I called Umialik Insurance because I could not get into my online account. Within minutes, I was in! And then I noticed that I was being asked to pay house insurance on a home I'd sold, so the representative helped me understand both what to do to change that and how to change my own settings to prevent an autopay. They were very, very polite, efficient and on top of things. Calling them pays off as you save time and money, and lower your stress about insurance.

Later, I had an auto insurance claim from a collision and they handled in such a helpful, professional and timely way. I would recommend Umialik for your insurance needs to anyone in Alaska.
