Attempted to get a quote over the phone for someone who doesn't speak English well. I explained that before the policy was purchased, she could speak with them, but English would be an issue and I just was calling ahead to see if we could get insurance and how much it would be. She stated that we were not the "kind of people" she wanted to do business with. Racist much?
Funny, would have gotten a lot more business going forward had you been willing to work with us. Now I wouldn't give you a penny I found on the street. (Unless you were hungry, cuz I'm not like THAT. You could learn..)

ETA: Also refuses to write policies for auto without renters included. Forcing people to buy policies they don't need too sheesh.

The quoted section was directly what came out of your mouth. I was not "unwilling" I told you I can just give you mine. To which you replied with the "kind of people" comment. I did not wish to purchase a policy. I wanted a quote. No documents needed to traverse to my email, but I was still willing to give you mine in order to facilitate. The person in Alaska helping and the person needing the policy are two different people. One speaks English and one does not. I told you that clearly, when I told you what country they were originally from shortly before your comments. BTW, one is a citizen of the USA, not that it should even remotely matter.

Regardless if you are racist or have a bad attitude, you need to start thinking before you speak to people in a business forum.

Oh, and the "reconstruction?" it's the doors on the passenger side that had to be replaced. Nothing unsafe, and regardless, if the work is done properly, it's perfectly fine.

Note to everyone else, record your calls. Apparently she also has selective memory...or just says things without paying attention to what they are, mean, or their implications.

I have been trying to get ahold of this company for 2 weeks now , never got a call back , and they never pick up the phone. They state you can’t change , or cancel your insurance through voicemail, can you imagine trying to get ahold of them if you need an immediate change or a cancellation?!? Good luck. My friend recommended me to you guys but i don’t know how he ever got ahold of you guys. Since you guys never pick up

Terrible customer service, very rude and not helpful. The person we spoke to on the phone had absolutely to clue about anything going on and was extremely unprofessional. Didn't even give us other options and refused to help us in anyway when we said we only needed home insurance and didn't want to bundle our car insurance in.
