If I could give them a ZERO star I would. I used Geico for my homeowner's insurance when I closed on my home in early January. Shortly after, they sent an inspector--who apparently came and left without ever knocking. My dogs would've heard, and I definitely would've answered. Having only lived there a few weeks I didn't know my doorbell didn't work. I fixed the issue immediately the next day by installing a Ring doorbell.
Despite that, Geico never scheduled a follow-up inspection within the next 3 months. Then, right before my coverage was set to expire, they called me late on a Friday to say they were dropping my policy--giving me almost no time to find a replacement. Their only advice? Try another company. That's pathetic.
Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I expected more from a company like Geico. I'll never use them again for homeowner's insurance and would not recommend them to anyone.

Do not recommend this place for auto insurance, I got rear ended and they told me that they will take care of it. Never received a call back and had to be on hold for 2 and a half ours to see what’s happening with my claim. Then they told me I had to call the other person’s insurance as this has nothing to do with them. After that headache they wanted to charge me 3600 for a 6 month premium I decided I wasn’t going to renew and work on my vehicles then was told I owed $338 dollars for the two weeks they went over without calling me for a truck that wasn’t even drive-able just got off the phone and they told me pictures of my truck being worked on and out of commission wasn’t enough proof to not be charged. By the way my 6 month premium with state farm is 2,080 dollars Randy Rhodes over there makes me feel welcomed and appreciated and called me when they realize I could be saving more. Geico never did this and only try charging me more. If you’re young and looking for some insurance go to state farm. This place will make you feel defeated.

Geico is accusing me of using my vehicle for delivery services. I have never driven for Uber or doordash. Now you place the responsibility of proof on me, if you're making the accusation, you really should be the one doing the research before you remove someone's coverage. All stemming from me asking if they allow for delivery. Discriminatory practices.

This company is full of crooks. The claims adjuster is a terrible human and convinces body shops to lie on your documentation to try to get out of paying for legitimate claims. I have never been more disgusted with a company.
