McKenzie gave me a fantastic customer service experience today when I call Tim Graham’s office. He was already gone for the day and I needed answers. Not only did McKenzie listen to my frustration without absorbing it, and consequently continue to speak to me in a very professional and respectful way, she provided me with the answers I was looking for. It is rare these days to find someone who cares enough and is willing to go the extra mile to help the person, in this case me, be less frustrated and have the answers that I was looking for. Tim Graham’s office is the best office I have had the experience to work with. These folks are knowledgeable and polite and really do listen to their clients and help them.
