From the beginning - answering the phone call and providing the Auto &.Home insurance quotes - to the end (processing my policies) Ranay was absolutely amazing. I've had insurance coverage through State Farm all of my life and through Lisa Sander's office since 2003. They have been so easy to work with from day 1. Today, Ranay Laird in the office spent 30 minutes with me going over all my coverages and taking the time to explain them to me. She never rushed me, but explained them to the detail I needed to fully understand them. With Lisa Sander's office, you feel like you have a friend in the insurance business who really cares about you.
