I’ve been meaning to save where I can, and I decided to start with my auto insurance. In the past, I’ve had unpleasant experiences with insurance agents, so I was already dreading returning the calls I had waiting in my voicemail. One caller, however, stood out—Evan Hall. He left a message that didn’t presume to know what was best for me before even speaking with me, so I decided I will answer the next time he calls and I’m glad I did today.
This person must be so patient because I was indecisive with little knowledge of what I wanted except that I wanted to save money and pay less than I have been.
Evan maintained a patient, transparent tone and thoroughly addressed all my questions. I’m grateful for his professionalism and genuine efforts to help me transition to Allstate. Not only did he make the process smooth, but he actually helped me save money each month. This was the first positive experience I’ve had when it comes to shopping for insurance and comparing options in a way that I can understand.

Because of how well this went, I’ll absolutely be open to speaking and working with Evan on other insurance policies in the future.

Evan Hall was GREAT! I loved that he made a personal connection with me and explained everything to me in a way I would understand the insurance lingo.
