Slavik and his team really helped me get a huge win in regards to my home loan! I switch my lender to be him and his team the day I was suppose to close on my fourplex, because I initially had a lender that was charging me 10 grand more than what they could get me. The switch only worked because they were able to get the loan process completed extremely quick (was suppose to sign/close 19 April and with switching we only had to wait until 3 May)!
