Nice little disclaimer I HIGHLY RECOMMEND paying attention to especially if you intend keeping what is rightfully yours and not falling victim to loss of property. Drive your own car, lock your doors and definitely DO NOT TRUST anyone for your own sake. "Grrrrrl, Lack no more".
