Leslie Belsanti was great throughout the process of selling my Flagstaff (AZ) house. She was especially helpful when it came to resolving the issue of high Radon levels.. She made all of the arrangements for testing, sealing the basement floor, and the installation of a Sub-Slab Depressurization (SSD) Radon mitigation system. Once that system was installed, Radon gas levels were lowered to an acceptable level, and escrow could be closed. I am happy with Leslie's service and the price I received for the house. Now my cat Rufous and I can enjoy the winter in our Scottsdale (AZ) home and not have to be concerned about cold weather and snow.

We were hunting for a small house or condo, subject to a 1031 exchange. Thus, we had 45 days from the sale of the other property to find something. We were looking in the low $300,000. Leslie sent us "possibilities" and showed us properties for months so we would have an idea of neighborhoods, sizes, conditions prior to the 1031 sale. When the exchange property closed, she moved fast. Prices were going up daily; going up a lot! Within about 12 days she found one she thought we'd like, called us, and was ready with the paperwork, due at 5 pm that day. About 13 people put in offers. She knew what we liked and GOT the property for us. We were delighted with the purchase price and the property. We owe it all to her.
