Negligent. Take your business elsewhere. You've been warned. My basic phone calls and emails were not returned and I've never spoken to this person. (I have dates and times). I had to call an All State office in Tucson to ask them for information I have a right to- as a paying policy holder. I've had a policy with Michael for over a year I never received proof of insurance in the mail, although I've requested it -twice. So, I was driving around w/o proof of insurance although my payments are up to date. I don't even have a copy of my policy and it was re-instated back in the fall. I talked with Greg M. in Tucson and he was a pleasure to deal with. Greg helped me with everything Michael didn't (though it's his professional obligation); answered my calls, called me back with the requested info. I needed, communicated very well, followed through and finished with an email for my confirmation/security. Basic customer service skills and working with people who care about your well-being are minimum expectations for me.
