Shaun was extremely rude and cost us $600 for a situation he should have known from the start. He had us go all through a loan when we just were gifted a house from my dad after my moms death and pay $600 for appraisal and told NOT to pay bills because they can go late now we have late fees… to only be told the guidelines say it needs to be 12 months before we can get a loan. Ok great but why didn’t you tell us that from the start? He said he didn’t know until underwriting told him. If this is a basic fha guideline why didn’t he as a senior mortgage office know? Then he texts this rude message after asking for help ‍♀️

Our situation was not a straight forward one but our representative, Josh Miller, made the process painless and faster than I dreamed possible.
