I love Dr. Koshuta and his team! The front desk is on top of things, MA staff is so kind and efficient- BEST of all they run on time at every visit! Highly recommend as a 20+ year patient.

Dr Koshuta is consistently professional and at the same time very personable. He is patient, listens to your concerns and answers all your questions. Never once, have. Flagstaff Eye Care is always so welcoming and helpful whenever I need them! I scratched my cornea a year or so ago and they got an emergency appointment for me that day and I was healed by the next day. Recently, I needed to see the eye doctor and Flagstaff Eye Care immediately came to mind; the girls at the front desk were very helpful working with me for my insurance and answering any questions I had. The doctors are also all very considerate and professional. I would recommend Flagstaff Eye Care to anyone in need of a great eye doctor!

I was seen ahead of my appt but called in first. Luckily, I was invited earlier. I come over 2 hours away for this appt and was treated so kindly and professionally. The dental assistant was astute and her her tone was calming so much so that I did not want to disappoint her in what she was accomplishing, to get the job done. All was good and I received professional service from Dr. Jennifer Samuel. However, I was informed that I would get a copy of my new eye prescription at end of examination. I got home late and found that all the paper given to me did not include my eye prescription. So I called today at 10:45 am to request for it. Know one a answered, but I left a voice message. Nobody bothered to return my call. So, I would say the girls at front desk are not professional or did do a very good job.
