We just moved into our new rental home, and as we went about settling in, we discovered some items that didn't work. Late in the evening/early morning hours, I found the time to go online to Mosaic's very user-friendly portal and put in the requests for repairs. None of the requests were super urgent, it wasn't like we had a water leak or anything like that. They were mostly things you wouldn't notice until you are living in the space.

I was surprised when, the next morning before 10am, my phone rang and it was the appliance vendor calling to schedule my repairs! Then I happened to check my email and realized I'd received an email from Denny 30 minutes earlier letting me know the status of my request and that I should be hearing from their vendor to schedule. They responded to me within an hour of their office opening for the day!

As a renter, having something break or need repair always causes a bit of anxiety. Until you ask--and wait for the response--you never truly know what type of landlord/property manager you are working with. Well, now I know, and my anxiety is gone!

Not only was I relieved to see their response, I was impressed with how QUICKLY they responded. I didn't even have time to give my requests a second thought. I'd barely had my coffee!
Knowing they have me covered for minor stuff really reassures me that they will be there and responsive should anything major occur.

I have to talk some more about their portal and just their use of technology and outstanding communication in general. From my first communications with them, they got back to me quickly regarding the availability of the property, I was able to view the property at a convenient time due to their use of an automated lockbox system, and Sandra answered all of my questions via text or email as I navigated the application process (my first introduction to their portal, which was very user-friendly). Sandra was equally personable and professional when I showed up to pick up my keys and had all of the documents and miscellaneous items (garage door openers, mailbox key) all neatly organized and ready for me when I arrived. She even gave me a few pointers about the HOA and where to get extra copies of my keys. Thanks Sandra!

And now, after moving in, I have access to the portal where I can see my maintenance requests and updated status, and where I'll be heading in the next few days to pay my rent. So convenient.

I'm no spring chicken, and this isn't my first rodeo in terms of renting here in the valley. This is, hands-down, the best and most impressive experience I have ever had moving into a new place.

Mosaic manages a lot of properties here in Arizona. I saw a number of other suitable properties right in my preferred area on their site while I was looking at this one. If you are looking to rent a home here in the valley, I'd highly recommend you start your search right on their site. If I'd known about Mosaic before, I could have saved myself weeks of searching and waiting to hear back from landlords only to find out the property had already been rented. And I don't even want to think about the hundreds of dollars I could have saved on application fees. One of the reasons I applied with Mosaic is that I was reassured my application would be good for other properties if I didn't wind up with the property I first applied to.

I'm not getting any kind of discount or compensation for writing what might be my longest review ever. I just think that when companies and their employees go above and beyond and provide outstanding service, they ought to be acknowledged and rewarded. I hope you get a chance to work with Mosaic Property Management because they really are a pleasure and have given me peace of mind.

I have rented from Mosaic for about six years and they have the most top notch maintenance team. . Denny is attentive and extremely professional. He will get your issue scheduled and taken care of as soon as possible. I’ve also contacted Nicole on the emergency maintenance team, and she is absolutely astounding. You will never hope to meet a better pair of professionals. They make you feel valued as a renter.
