0 STARS! My family & I fled a rental on 210 S. Alandale Pl 85710 due to a mouse infestation. Northpoint Asset Mgt, Deborah Davis, Anne Willey, Erika Harding, & owners Jacqueline ā€œJackieā€, Jose ā€œJoeyā€, & Amanda Garcia refuse/ignores repair requests. Several repairs needed but I didn’t know the extent. Some were to be done before move in & rest after. The house & yard were to be cleaned, weeds & trash removed. Nothing was done when I met Deborah to get the keys the night before move in. She said, ā€œoh how embarrassing. I didn’t have a chance to clean. But you said you were anal anyways so I figured why clean twice.ā€ They lied on the lease noting the house was built after 1978, it was built in 1959. They did not provide the lead based paint reports/pamphlets required by AZ law. There was peeling paint & rust in the medicine cabinet, paint, stucco, & brick missing from the outside of the walls. When they prepared the house to repaint we were unaware the house was built before 1978. Nothing was done to protect me or my family from any dust/debris that came off the walls & left there, water & mud came through the holes of the walls to the inside of the house. We had no privacy. The master bedroom & kitchen have sliding glass doors that lead to the backyard, if someone is standing within inches-10’ from the door they can see in. Northpoint & Garcia’s would send workers or come themselves w/o proper/no notice. The excuse was, ā€œthey didn’t need access insideā€ ā€œwhat’s the big dealā€ ā€œwhy are you complainingā€. When I walk out of my bathroom after a shower into my room, to get dressed, & there’s someone at the sliding glass door of my bedroom looking in, taking pictures, ā€œinspectingā€, or painting it’s a scary, an invasion of my privacy, demeaning, & traumatic. I had a peeping Tom & I couldn’t do anything about it except live w/the blinds, curtains, & windows closed to have privacy in my own home. Due to the holes, we had a constant flow of insects, Nov. the mice came. Deborah yelled in my face that I should have ā€œput a sock in itā€ to prevent mice. Deb said I should have repaired the holes myself with socks! She said it was my fault for not having a washer and dryer, one of the many discriminating comments made by her. Per Northpoint Asset, Deborah Davis, Anne Wiley, Erika Harding, Jacqueline Garcia, Jose Garcia, & Amanda Garcia Kirwan everyone has mice & insects. I BEGGED for them to repair the evaporative cooler in March, sent a 5 day repair in person, certified mail, emailed, texted. They refused & ignored me. They sent someone the same day Code Enforcement was coming. We didn't have heat the first night because the ventilation for the heater & water cooler were not up to code. Deborah said she would bring us space heaters & never showed up. She offered $150 for a hotel for 4 adults & baby. Later the owners say they told her to give $319 not $150. I guess the $169 was for Deborah to keep along w/the $200 they gave her to have the yard & house cleaned, along w/the $200 they gave her to replace a door she claimed to replace but didn’t. I have several pictures, emails, text, videos, recordings, & witnesses. They lied to me & lied about me. When I brought issues to their attention I was met w/defensiveness, nothing was their fault, they didn’t know, it was my fault somehow, it was the owners fault. Their actions & behavior were abusive & cruel. I found temporary housing for my kids but I am homeless. My stuff is in storage & I’m staying at various places until I find a home. I will never rent again due to this experience. The only truth Deborah Davis told me was that she loves wine, cocaine, & Trump. If you don’t have money to repair your home DON’T RENT IT OUT!! I know I’m not the only one they have mistreated. People may be afraid to speak possibly because they are being harassed & intimidated like I was. You have rights, there are laws, speak up. I’ve already heard from 2 others who have had similar experiences but were threatened with lawsuits of slander if they spoke up.

Absolutely the worst property management company you can get! I had managed my Tucson property from out of state for 4 years, and that was easier than having them manage it for me. The communication was horrible, and I never new if the were doing repairs or not. The accounting office made several mistakes on my accounts so I had to stay on top of that. And Deborah Davis is an absolutely horrible manager. Not only did she not communicate well and lied to me several times about my tenants, but when I had an available unit to rent, she took a picture of the empty corner and posted that on the listing. She also had incorrect information in the listing. I wish I would have screenshot the picture to show because no one in their right mind would use a close up picture of a corner--no furniture or anything. That was the one and only picture she posted. It was appalling. Run as fast as you can if you are thinking of using them.

My husband and I recently bought a home with the help of Deborah Davis! She made the process so easy. My husband and I were very specific on what we wanted and thankfully she was patient with us, showing us over 15 homes. We can’t recommend Deborah Davis enough and are so thankful to her!

I am a renter and have been renting from Northpoint for just over two years. Deborah Davis helped me find a historic, charming house that I truly love renting, in the perfect location for my family, and has been personally responsive to my needs as a renter. She went the extra mile for me at every step of the process of move-in and has continued to remain in contact to ensure everything is going well. I really feel I can count on her to keep things running smoothly.

In addition to the personal attention, Northpoint's online portal makes rent payments, lease renewal, and maintenance requests easy, and those maintenance requests have been responded to promptly and effectively. I hope to continue as a Northpoint renter working with Deborah for many years to come!

I’m currently a tenant and I’ve been working with Northpoint management and Deborah Davis for a few years now and let me just say she is AMAZING! I was a single mom of 2 and looking for a place with 1 week left before I had to leave my previous place and she was such a blessing. She was so helpful and patient with me. She helped me get into a 3 bedroom house that was within my budget and fast so me and my kids wouldn’t be homeless. She has been nothing short of amazing after that as well very polite, professional and friendly! Anytime I’ve had an issue (which is rare) she has responded quickly and it’s taken care of. I would highly recommend using this company and Deborah Davis if you’re looking for a place and someone who’s going to treat you like a human instead of just another $$

Deborah Davis has been handling my rental property in Tucson for a few years now and she has been wonderful. I am out of state so I count on her for everything and it has been smooth sailing since she has taken over for me. She has always provided me with excellent tenants and I have never had a month without rent. She keeps me up to date with any issues and I highly recommend her as a property manager.

What can I say about Deborah Davis: she's been accommodating, enthusiastic, simplified matters, and very respectful. I would give her a couple more stars if I could. She's an expert.

Ericka Harding is the worst property manager I have ever had to deal with . I have told her about the leaky roof over 10 times over the last 14 months of us living here . So on Christmas Eve it was worse because of the rain we got over night our kitchen was flooded and our connecting living room where the Christmas tree was located was completely covered in water from the leak. So when I call her she didn’t answer for the first few attempts then her husband answered and said ā€we’re on vacation stop calling usā€ so I then called the owner and maintenance because at this point I don’t know what else to do . Instead of Ericka saying that she is sorry and will try to figure out what we can do she said the roof will be fixed January 25th and to just deal with it . I said Ericka it’s forming black mold and she said well black mold doesn’t form over night . Then this morning we received a letter in the mail terminating our lease without any prior warnings or even late payment of rent .. all because I told Ericka. I was calling a inspector
