I own two rentals in Arizona, and I highly recommend Pure Property Management of Arizona. From Will and Terri, who helped me select the properties, to Todd, Jennifer, and Julia, who manage the properties, all have been excellent. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive to all my property management needs. A special shout-out to Julia, the Maintenance Coordinator, for her timely and thorough management of all repairs and tenant interaction. Her efforts and attitude are greatly appreciated.

Pure Property Management made the process of finding our home an easy process. Joyce stayed very communicative throughout the entire process and assisted when needed. A month ago, I would not have recommended this company to anyone looking to lease. When I first became a tenant, I had a great property manager, but she left the company. For the last year and a half I have been plagued with maintenance issues that were unresolved for very long periods of time. It was nearly impossible to get someone to answer the phone or call you back. Then a few weeks ago, I got a new Property Manager by the name of Jennifer Libert. She is amazing and has been a blessing.
Not only did she call me directly when my AC unit was out, but when I called her back, she answered the phone. Whoever hired Jennifer hit the jackpot. She cares about her Tenants and she’s on it right away. I used to work for a property management, so I understand that your client are actually the homeowners but to do good service on both sides is how you were going to grow as a company! Thank you for turning your company around at least in my eyes and hopefully you keep those kind of people as Property Managers. Thank you

Alicia Slattery is my property manager and she is the best. Always keeps me informed and helps with difficult tenants and gets repairs done quickly. I'm selling my property at this time and she has been so helpful. If you need someone to manage your property she is the right person.

Honestly, dealing with this property manager and owner was a nightmare. Everything was fine until move out, but their lack of communication completely ruined the experience for me. I wanted to leave my unit in great shape so I could get my full security deposit back. When I tried touching up a few walls with the paint that was already there, it wasn’t a perfect match. No big deal, I reached out to ask about the right color, fully willing to fix it myself. If they just told me what to use, I would’ve gone and bought it.

Instead, they told me not to worry about it. Straight up. So I didn’t. Then after I moved out, they turned around and took a chunk of my deposit to repaint the same walls I had offered to handle myself. After telling me it wasn’t necessary.

That was the moment everything flipped for me. Up until then, I had no real complaints, but this? Shady. Unprofessional. I won’t make the mistake of renting from anything tied to PURE Property Management ever again.

My property manager is Jennifer Lebert, and she is phenomenal! This was my first time going through the paperwork and process of being in an apartment. I didn’t know what to expect, so of course I had a bunch of questions. Jennifer was attentive, thorough, put me as ease, and has great rapport with her colleagues at Pure. She told me, by name, who I was supposed to get emails from and how quickly I should expect a response. This made things seamless and the process as a whole less stressful. Overall, if you want someone who is passionate about people and the properties in her care, I can’t recommend Jennifer enough!

So far, so good. I am just over a week moved in, and this has been my experience so far. Joyce answered my questions to the best of her ability, to help make the application process smooth. Jennifer the property manager and Elena the administration assistant have been communicative and go above and beyond with any help I need. Lastly Julia, the maintenance coordinator, has given me tips on how to troubleshoot any issues I've had; the garbage disposal and laundry washer. If troubleshooting doesn't work, she has someone call me to schedule a maintenance appointment.

I have been with Pure since they acquired my previous PM, Bennett. Pure managed the transition very smoothly and tenants continued to receive the same high touch level of service they were used to with the previous company. I live out of state, so I was initially concerned about the change, but Giovanna, one of the new managers, has been very responsive with tenants’ requests, handling repairs and even finding a new tenants. The accounting has also improved and disbursements to owners are sent at least a week earlier than before.
Overall. I am very satisfied with Pure Property Management and Giovanna.
