Red Hawk property Management charged you for HOA warnings. It does not allow you to correct the problem and charges you regardless. This is not a professional way to treat your renters.

Red hawk property management is a good management company because they are strict which is good you have to be a responsible tenant. At the same time they are really nice especially Jerry the owner very understanding and flexible , if you are a homeowner you can’t go wrong with having them manage your house I am one of their tenants and they do a good job, just pay rent on time and follow rules. sometimes I meditate if I had home and wanted it well managed and maintained I would use redhawkpm.
