PMI is an excellent property management company. They will go out of their way to support you as a landlord and they have all of the support in place to take care of the tenants. Horrible company!! Negligent and did not manage several of our rentals correctly and with good intent after they purchased the company from Sage. Sage was wonderful to work with and we used them for over 10 years, as landlords. These new guys are crooks!! Stay away!!

STAY AWAY!! Horrible attempted rental experience with this company.

1.) The representative lied to me over the phone about pricing. After seeing I was calling from a CA phone number, he attempted to tell me the website was outdated by 6 years and the rental rate was 40% higher than listed. I confirmed this by having a local AZ friend dial in and was told the listing information was correct.

2.) After attempting to move forward with another property, I was quite literally blocked after the representative heard that I had animals (apparently the unit doesn't allow any animals). Rather than tell me such, he chose to ignore my THREE subsequent follow-up messages.

It's clear this organization is ran purely for-profit, and I can't imagine what the maintenance request process would look like had I moved forward with this.

I rented a condo through Sage Property Management beginning in 2015 for 6 years. Everyone in the office has always been very professional and prompt to respond and handle any concerns I have had. I am grateful for such a positive experience renting through Sage. In 6 years, I did not have one negative experience. Highly recommend Sage Property Management! My husband and I lived in a property managed by them for 4 years and they were absolutely wonderful! We only moved out due to an out-of-state move.
They made it easy to love the place we called home. They took the time to know us, they were responsive to our requests and handled in a timely matter, all while being accommodating to our schedules.
We truly were bummed moving out because they are so awesome!
Good property managements are hard to find, but if you want an excellent one, this is it!

PMI's service is excellent! I had an issue logging into my resident portal to pay my rent on the due date after their office hours, so I emailed the staff to let them know. Aiden jumped on and replied to my email and informed me he reset my log in info and I was able to log in with no problem! Thanks again Aiden!
