I have been living in there apartment since August of last year. I had just started my new job. I paid my rent for April. I told the manager that I will have to go all of 5/20 till 6/14 without pay. She told me that’s okay just take care of it 2 weeks at a time an I’ll be good moving forward with my lease. I called earlier today to make sure the amount needed was correct so I can get the cashiers check tomorrow. Also to find out the late charge for June. When she answered the phone she had this very unwelcoming attitude. But I ignored it an I was trying to talk to her a let her know the situation a what I needed. As I was talking she cut me off a started going on about termination and all not even allowing me to finish. Which I thought was very rude, ill mannered,& very disrespectful. And so when she got done rambling off at the mouth, I said mam can u allow me to speak because I wasn’t finished. Then when I told her I have the payment I just wanted to call to make sure the amount that was told to me was correct and what was the amount for June going to be. Then she told me. But I really didn’t appreciate the way she handled me, she has horrible communication skills, very bad nonchalant attitude, very snappy, non active listener, & very distasteful. An that is not a Manager that needs to be overseeing anything. Especially not in that leadership role. An I will be there tomorrow to let her know.

The properties that they have are in very bad areas not well kept and they act like you’re written in Trussville or Hoover somewhere. Manager is very rude other ladies treat you like trash is really a shame to all the black and brown people to be treated that way by the same race of people. Business like this never last, but unfortunately poor people need them. I pray that they would change their attitudes and starch list, better property than treat people like their human and not somebody that homeless and need a place to stay. It’s it’s unbelievable.

I have been living here 8 or 9 years. Nice apartment. (Walls to thin.) But they are remodeling an that's great. Office staff is good (Ms. Della) is a great help. But I miss our resident manager Ms Brandy. But they have the world's best maintenance team (Mr . Gene an Mr.Charlie) they have remodel my bathroom an kitchen by themselves . The maintenance team is very trust worth.,very very good. I only hate that they don't take Birmingham Section 8.

They have no empathy or sympathy for people, the black lady at the front desk seems racist to her own kind, they tell you one thing over the phone, but when you get there they rude and don't wanna help you forreal, highly wouldn't recommend, if I could of not gave them a star I wouldn't of.

They will not rent to you if you don’t work in Birmingham. So you can’t do travel nursing or any kind of travel job and rent from them. Those guidelines should be listed on the app. I gave one star because the lady at the desk allowed me to show her my check stubs before paying the fee. They said they can’t rent to me because I work three days a week which if you are in healthcare you only work three 12hr shifts.
