One word to describe this company “AMAZING “ from the staff on down to the properties I viewed before choosing the one I chose! I love my new home!😍 The process was easy and non stressful and they are Really quick on turnaround timing handling business! I refer everyone to them!

I moved in one of the properties 6 west Rockwood drive that is 1200.00 a month and less than 5 months later I had to move out cus the house was infested with rats and they are rude I moved and did not receive my deposit due to my toddler writing on a kitchen cabinet that could literally been removed… rat holes was every where even in the garage rats was chewing on my daughter toys and they was mad cus I left that stuff behind that had rat poop all over …. Disgusting don’t rent from them u will regret it !!!!!

DO NOT RENT FROM THE PEOPLE!

They will rip you off on move out. If you do rent from them make sure you make them come and do a walkthru before you leave and take plenty of pictures. They will make false claims about the house after you are gone claiming it was your fault to extort money from you then threaten to send it to collections if you do not pay. They had a cleaning service come to clean the house they charged $800 for after the house had already been cleaned. The person they hired to clean it has ties to the owner of the company (George) and is not even a registered business. They have this sweet little racket going they probably have been doing for years and pocketing the money.

What an amazing property management company. They take the stress and guess work out of it. They call or text if any questions, or any large problems. ALWAYS gets my approval before doing anything large. Small stuff is handled without bothering me -which is great! Rents are deposited on time. And statement and receipts are mailed each month. All property management companies should aspire to be this well organized and customer driven. Job well done!!!

Have never had a issue at all with these folks. I have been living in the same apt for....well, many years now, at first a private owner, and a while back, these folks....I have never had a issue with anyone in the office, or anything like that. I am pretty sure, if you live the way you are supposed to, and treat things with proper respect and pay your bills, they don't have and issue with you, and you have no issue with them. I am very content with the way they have handled things since they took over this property.

Been looking for a decent nice place to rent till my husband and I can buy our first home. We were told I would receive a phone call to view properties and never did. I waited a month. We we're treated like we didn't have the money to rent but we had first month, deposit and last month rent on hand that day. Also, my husband and I have clean backgrounds. Their loss I guess for judging someone by looks.

This company has been rude when answering phones calls, curt and short with questions I had, and I was told (before I'd even mentioned my price range) that they had "nothing available that I could afford" despite all this is made arrangements to tour a property this morning only to be called just 20 minutes prior to my appointment that I would be unable to view it until later in the week. No apologies were made and no explanations were given. If this is how they treat prospective customers I'd hate to see what it's like to be their resident.

We have been with Welcome Home in Conway for a year now and they are fantastic! We even had a water emergency during the cold snap last year and they were here within 30 minutes to fix the problem. Great group of people to work with!!
