I live in Eagle Hill apartments they have roaches, they lie about fufilling maintenance request and will erase them. They bring their pets to work, wear bonnets and sleepwear on Saturday and Sundays in the office. If you catch them up on anything; they try to retailiate by asking you for information that they should have collected when you applied.

I'm literally so grateful for Jami H. at the corporate office; today it took less than an hour to get the assistance that I needed, and I never feel like I've waited too long in the past as well. 10/10, I look forward to working with Jami again.

It doesn’t matter how you report the problem or issues you have all they going to tell you if security come to your door and don’t hear it there’s nothing they can do! We’ve been dealing with this since May! Was told by the manager the downstairs neighbors had only to more notices to get yeah right! I’m sitting in my living room listening to it now! Just got off the phone with corporate and it was a waste of time they said the same thing if security doesn’t hear it they can’t help and to just keep reporting it. I even asked if the manager, maintenance or even the security guard could come to my apartment to hear and witness the noise cause it’s a day and night thing, I even recorded the noise but they not willing to hear it neither is corporate,all they want is your money! You will have no peace and quiet! I had no problems before they moved in, then Labor Day I had to call and the agent heard everything because I had my phone on speaker,she couldn’t believe I’m upstairs and the noise was coming from downstairs! Never saw beer cans in the bushes till they moved in! $845 is to much to pay and you can’t sleep or have any peace! Not to mention the mold issues either! I can’t wait till I find another place. When I say this is an overpriced ghetto housing project, please believe me!

For starters, the fact that there isn't a direct phone number to call to speak to someone is ridiculous. However, I reached out regarding a multitude of issues at FLA in Benton through the portal on their page. After a few days, I was contacted back via email. And honestly, they could've just not even responded and it would have been better than what I received. They didn't have anything to say for the threats this woman running the place has given us. And they shrugged off everything else that has been going on since she took control down here. Saying things like "this was an issue she informed us was already taken care of this spring". Uh, no. Why else do you think I would've wasted my breath sending you this info!! UGH. The fact that those of us like myself struggling to make it in this world are stuck having to live under management companies such as this is the saddest thing ever. Lindsey Management, TAKE BETTER CARE OF US! We deserve to be happy and safe where we lay our heads at night.

DO NOT put a deposit down, unless you are 100% sure you want to live there... I was never assigned an apartment nor did I sign a lease. I decided moving to the greens at hurricane lake was not the best option for me and asked for my deposit back. They refused, very rudely. So I called corprate and told me that since I didn't sign a lease that it was an application deposit... Which I already paid of 50.00... Horrible experience I know now why they have so many lawsuits on them!!! And the lady Karen will feed you a munch of lies!!!
