Mike and his team we're exceptionally knowledgeable for my needs as a 1099 tax filer to obtain and have my loan approved and closed in 4 weeks. Previous lenders I had reached out to were unable to understand the complexities with 1099 filers. Continuously in contact with updates on the progress of the loan. Explained all details in a non complex way for easy understanding. Would highly recommend Mike and his team for anyone needing a home loan.

I wish I met Michael sooner. There is a plethora of information out there regarding the real estate market and mortgages, and it kept me to steer clear of owning a home. It's overwhelming. Also not wanting to open up my financials cause it seems like everyone is a gazillionaire also gave me hesitancy; I'm not. Well, then I met Michael and he made me feel comfortable and was friendly and excited to take me on this new venture! His team was informative and kind and additionally, they utilize a software platform that streamlines the application process well. But do not think that because they use a platform, you won't hear from them. At 1 point when I placed a question via email, 1 team member texted that they'd get right back to me, 1 replied voicemail and another replied to the email, all within minutes. Needless to say, 30 days later I own my first home after holding off for many years. Many thanks to Mike and his team! I would highly recommend working with them.

Mike and his team are/were amazing to work with. They are very polite, punctual and very competitive with their rates. I would highly advise you at least giving them a call and seeing what they can do for you. Their portal for submitting documents was easy to use, and there was always somebody that you could call if you had questions.

Michael did an amazing job, my wife and I had started the process with a different loan officer and thought our deal would fall through until we contacted him and he was able to save the day! I am very grateful for all the work him and his team did is such a tight deadline, we are now very fortunate to be living in our new home and would absolutely go with him if we ever decide to buy another home in Arizona as they are very knowledgeable about local real state. I highly recommend Michael and his team of rockstars who were all great at communicating with us and provided accurate information and expectations. Michael personally contacted me at the beginning of the loan process, several times throughout and even after closing.
