Not a good place to live! Please stay as far from this place as possible! Tisdale properties, was okay at one time. I have lived here over eight years during those eight horrible years I have seen this property turned into a ghetto. At first they had a much better and older tenants of all colors which I strongly perfer. Once they started moving in black young adults things have gotten worse. The good people was moving out due to the younger people playing the music extremely loud from cars while selling drugs at all times morning, noon and night and was extremely rude once you try to address this issue with them. People sitting outside all times at night talking extremely loud. I have reported the activities to both Mr. Asbury( Mr. Tisdale's Property manager) and Mr. Tisdale himself. At first Mr. Asbury was taking care of the problem than quickly started to neglect his responsibilities of being property manager after getting years of reports about his bad tenant from other people. Now since all the good people have moved out I'm one of the original older tenants still left accept for the older Latino guy who's still here also.not to many people making noise complaints because the apartment is filled with the very same type of younger people who makes the same types of noises. I had to call the police once six times in one day. I had to press charges on a neighbor who have assaulted both myself and one of the the older ladies who was part of the property management staff. We, both went to the police department to press charges together. She was the only management staff who was man enough to do anything about the problem. The younger woman in the office never did anything or Mr. Asbury until it gets to the point of them being negligent by law. Now Mr. Tisdale have sold his property to, Mr. Zachary Schultz now the New owner and property manager. Mr. Schultz, is very good at what he does. And is a very good property manager so far. At first I had a little problem since the previous owners have neglected the property that Mr. Schultz, have bought from them he had a lot of fixing to do with just about everything mainly these very ignorant neighbors. Don't get me wrong I'm not racist at all because I'm black myself. But, it hurts me to see my black people act so ignorant. Mr. Asbury seems like a good guy but he does a horrible job as property management. I wish Mr. Tisdale, lots of luck and hope that he'll be a better Property owner. Because he did an horrible job...

Under new management and its all about the money like the other person said it was good that 1st year now the young people are moving in and I'm moving Out this property has went down in the last two months
