Out of all the buildings downtown this one is well maintained. It is managed very well very easy to work with management and the maintenance group is top-notch. You're looking for property downtown Union plaza commercial building at 124 West Capitol it's one of the best places to be. Plus you have an amazing restaurant Cojotias downstairs with Samantha's right across the street.
