I’ve been banking with FNBC for over a year now. From the employees, to the fundraisers for the community they promote, this is a community driven bank. All of the tellers are such a delight to see, with their smiling faces and kind greetings. They never seem to face a problem they can’t help with. The loan officers make it a point to show you’re valued, no matter how busy. This is a here for YOU bank, and I’m so glad I can say I’m apart of that by banking here.

This is probably one of the best banks I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with!! Not only is the staff friendly and very helpful, this bank doesn't nickel and dime you to death with ridiculous fees. Their new teller machines outside make banking even easier with extended hours and you still get to talk with a live person if needed.

Love all the people at this Branch! They always go above and beyond for me. I know they love it when I drop off a mountain of deposits. Ok that may not be true. But they take care of me with a smile on their face.

I moved to Mountain Home in November 2020, and made the mistake of opening a checking account at another bank. After four months of one frustrating thing after another, a friend recommended FNBC. I went in, spoke with Melanie and she got me set up in no time. So glad to be with a bank that treats their customers like they matter! I am extremely pleased with everyone there and plan on being with them a very long time.

I was waited on by Erin Ford and her service to me was EXCELLENT! Even though I only had the opportunity to meet her one time and heard it was her last day, I will say you lost a great asset to your company with her knowledge, compassion towards customers and her all around fantastic personality. I asked her where she would be working, she told me and I would love to take her out for lunch for a good meal since she gave me high quality professionalism at the Bank and you just don't know when you are meeting YOUR NEXT BFF!
